Settings

Open Settings from the profile menu (bottom-left corner). Six tabs let you manage your account and preferences.

Features

Single-Label Creation — New Shipment

Chat with the AI to create one shipping label at a time. Just describe your shipment in plain language.

Click New Shipment in the left sidebar to start.

Type your shipment details — from/to addresses, package weight, and dimensions.

The AI fetches rates from USPS and UPS — click a rate card to select a service.

Confirm the payment and download your label as a PDF.

Quick-Fill Form

Prefer entering details in a structured form? Use the quick-fill form instead of typing a message.

Click the form icon in the input bar — a structured card appears in the chat.

Fill in sender address, recipient address, and package weight (required). Dimensions are optional.

Click Get Rates → — the form is sent to the AI automatically.

Cancel anytime by clicking Cancel or clicking the form icon again.

Batch Labels

Purchase labels for multiple shipments in a single session — ideal for fulfilling multiple orders at once.

Click Batch Labels in the left sidebar.

Add shipment rows manually or upload a CSV with your order data.

Review each row, edit inline if needed, and select a carrier service per order.

Confirm payment — labels are generated for all orders at once and ready to download.

Monthly Usage Reports

View your shipping activity at a glance — total labels, total spend, top carrier, and a monthly spend chart broken down by carrier.

Click Monthly Usage Reports in the left sidebar.

The stat cards at the top show totals for the last 12 months.

The chart shows monthly spend stacked by carrier — hover a bar for the exact amount.

The breakdown table lists each month and carrier with label count and total spent.

AirBox ID

Your AirBox ID is a unique identifier tied to your account, used to verify pickup at hubs and unlock Smart Lockers.

Find your AirBox ID and QR code in the Account tab of Settings.

Show the QR code or give the ID at a hub counter or Smart Locker kiosk to verify pickup.
